The first garden in 2009 was a disaster of weeds and clay. Thanks to the internet and the many gardening books my research lead me to raised bed gardening and it's been a joy since. My family growing up always had a garden so when I married and moved to this home it was the natural thing to do. It's become a place of healing and better therapy then I ever imagined. It's constantly evolving and spreading and may soon include more of the front yard. Watch out neighbors!

Brussel sprouts
These are if to good start!
I realize not easy to see.
They're about index finger end size. So they're coming along, some will be ready by November, Bonnie!
New growth on top has emerged so I think they should make it and continue to grow BUT October 31st may be too early. Last year it took all year for them to grow and they were about this far at this time and we ate one big stalk after Thanksgiving and another in January. I have picture of Rylie on fb holding one. I'll put it up here.
I'll be at your door Oct 31 ready to attack LOLOLOL
